By booking a service you agree to allow our certified technicians reasonable access to the appliance in question and to any adjacent utilities required for safe diagnosis and repair.

All work is quoted in writing before it begins. Quotes are valid for seven days from issue. Any additional work required after further diagnosis will be quoted separately for your approval.

Warranty covers labour performed and parts installed by us. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, power surges or third-party interference after our repair.

Cancellations made less than two hours before the appointment may be subject to a small dispatch fee, which will always be disclosed in advance.
